Will removing a review hurt my Google Business Profile?

No. Filing a policy report is a feature Google built for business owners. It's not a hack and it's not against TOS. We never log into your Google Business Profile.

Worst case Google declines the report. Your listing isn't affected. What does get listings suspended — review-gating, fake review generation, paying reviewers — we do none of that.

Do you contact the reviewer?

No. We only file a policy report through Google's official flow. The reviewer is never notified, never contacted by us. The case stays between you, us, and Google.

What if Google says no?

You pay nothing. We never charge if a review isn't removed — the card authorization is voided.

We'll also tell you whether escalating to an appeal is worth a second attempt, with the reasoning Google gave so you know where you stand.

Why is this $399 when others charge $3K/mo?

Two reasons.

One: we charge per result, not per retainer. No upsell on monthly "reputation management" you don't need.

Two: we focus exclusively on Google policy reporting for dental practices, so the per-case time is small. Narrow scope is why the price is what it is.

Can you remove a true review I just don't like?

No. We only file when a review violates one of Google's six content policies: spam, off-topic, personal info, harassment, conflict of interest, restricted content.

If your case doesn't qualify, we'll tell you up front on the quote screen. We don't take money we can't earn.

What about HIPAA — is this safe?

We never store the body of a review. URL only. Our database has no PHI by design.

We're not a covered entity or business associate. We're a vendor that operates on the public Google profile, not on patient data.

How long does removal take?

Most cases resolve in 3 to 14 days. We file within one business day of submission. Google's review timeline is the variable — we email at every step so you're not guessing.

What if the reviewer reposts the review?

Send the new URL. We treat each report as a separate case. Repeat offenders tend to escalate faster on Google's side, which works in your favor.

Can you guarantee removal?

No, and anyone who guarantees Google review removal is lying. What we can guarantee: you only pay if it works.

Do you offer refunds?

We only charge after Google confirms removal. If the review comes back later (rare, but it happens), email us within 30 days of the original removal and we'll refund the full fee.

We don't refund cases that we successfully removed and stayed removed. That's the work you paid for.

What kinds of reviews qualify?

The strongest cases involve:

  • Reviewers who were never your patient
  • Competitor reviews and conflict of interest
  • Spam, off-topic content, or copy-pasted reviews
  • Personal attacks on staff or harassment
  • Reviews that expose personal information
  • Profanity, explicit content, or restricted material

Reviews that are just "they were rude" or "the wait was long" usually don't qualify. Google reads those as legitimate opinions.

What's the difference between you and Erase.com or Defamation Defenders?

Those firms target broader online reputation work and defamation lawsuits. We're surgical: Google policy reporting for dental practices only. Smaller scope, lower price, faster turnaround.
