Terms of Service

RevGon is a service that submits policy-violation reports to Google about Google Maps reviews. You give us the public URL of a review and a few notes about your situation. We pick the strongest policy angle, file a report through Google's public review-flagging flow, and tell you what Google decides.

That is the whole service. We are not your lawyer, your PR firm, or your reputation manager.

We do not ask for your Google Business Profile login, and we will never log into your Google account. We use the same public reporting tool any internet user can use. If anyone claiming to be from RevGon asks for your Google password, it is not us.

You provide a payment method when you submit a case. We authorize, but do not charge, the card. If Google removes the review, we capture the authorization and charge you the quoted price. If Google does not remove the review, we void the authorization and you pay nothing.

The quoted price is shown before you submit. The price we capture will not exceed that quote.

If Google decides the review does not violate policy, your case closes with no charge. We do not bill for time, effort, filings, or escalations. The only event that triggers a charge is Google confirming removal.

Final decisions on whether a review is removed are made by Google. We do not control, predict, or guarantee Google's moderation outcomes. A removal can also be reversed by Google later. If a removal we billed for is reversed within 30 days, we refund per our Refund Policy.

By using RevGon, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorized to act on behalf of the business associated with the review.
• The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not submit reviews that are clearly legitimate criticism, even if you disagree with them.
• You will not paste Protected Health Information into our forms or emails.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@revgon.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, abuse staff, attempt to defraud us, or submit reviews in bad faith. We will refund any captured charges on open cases that are not yet resolved if we terminate your account first.

If you have a problem with a case, email us first at hello@revgon.com. We respond within 14 days. We will try in good faith to fix the issue informally.

If we cannot resolve it informally within 30 days, any remaining dispute will be handled by binding arbitration in your state of residence, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and RevGon both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything arising out of this service is capped at the total fees you have paid RevGon in the 12 months before the dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that any specific review will be removed, that Google will respond on any timeline, or that a removal will stay removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any non-arbitration matter is San Diego County, California.

We update these terms when the service changes. Material changes get emailed to your account email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance. The last-updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
